wedding night, all the rooms at Shottle Hall have the wow factor.
Our
glamorous and stylish accommodation is not just available for the
newly-weds, but for is ideal for parents, family or close friends too.
Each
of our eight individually-designed bedrooms are traditionally furnished
and decorated to be in-keeping with the age and style of the hall.
But
while the period features of the property have been retained, all the
bedrooms have been brought up-to-date with all the modern luxuries you
would expect.
Renowned interior designer Adam Walkden oversaw the
property’s 2005 renovation and used his eye for detail and creative
flair to make each bedroom truly breathtaking.
In the Red Room,
which draws heavily on literature and history, guests find a dark-wood
four poster bed, with rich red walls, opulent drapes and a roll-top bath
in the en suite.
Or how about the Rococo Room – a bright, airy
bedroom at the front of the house with a décor inspired by the 18th
Century style characterised by elegance, ornateness and playfulness?
There’s even a sky painted on the ceiling for added romance.
All
eight bedrooms can be yours for the night, with a full English breakfast
served in the Devonshire dining room the next morning.
This allows your close friends and family to share an extra moment with you to reflect on the events of your special day.
